At Aront, we design advanced Stretch Robots engineered to help you stretch your limits and elevate your daily wellness. We stand behind our craftsmanship with comprehensive technical support and service coverage.

1. Warranty Overview & Coverage Period

Your Aront warranty coverage begins on the exact date of purchase. Please note that no extensions or allowances are granted for shipping, delivery, or installation timelines.

  • Standard Residential Coverage: The specific warranty duration for your model is detailed in the product documentation included with your delivery. The warranty period is measured in continuous calendar days.
  • Proof of Ownership: To obtain warranty service, parts, or technical support, you must provide the unit's serial number and a dated proof of purchase (original sales receipt).
  • Extended Warranties: Additional extended coverage options are available for purchase up to 90 days from your original purchase date.

Please Note: The applicable warranty for your specific product is always the one included in your original product documentation. Any subsequent updates to the text posted online will not alter your original warranty terms.

2. Service & Technical Support

We prioritize seamless, elite care to minimize any disruption to your wellness routine. Aront products are serviced directly in your home or via consumer-performed component swaps; we do not issue Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) for product returns.

How We Handle Service Requests:

  • Diagnostics: Upon contacting Aront, a customer service representative or advanced technical service specialist will diagnose your unit's performance.
  • In-Home Field Service: If a technician is required, Aront will coordinate and schedule an authorized service provider to repair the Stretch Robot directly in your residence. Field service requires pre-approval and is available exclusively within the United States.
  • Direct Component Replacement: Many simple repairs (such as replacing a remote control or detachable pad) can be easily performed by the consumer. Aront will ship the required parts and step-by-step instructions directly to your home free of charge.

Non-Warranty & Out-of-Scope Service:

Repairs for units outside their warranty period, or issues caused by factors not covered under warranty, are handled on a "per incident" basis. Aront will diagnose the issue and provide repair instructions. The consumer will be responsible for a "per incident" support fee, alongside all applicable parts, shipping, handling, and local taxes.

3. Floor Models & Demonstration Units

Floor models and promotional demonstration units placed by retail partners carry a prorated warranty period. This coverage begins the exact day the model is first placed on the retail showroom floor and connected to a power source. Valid proof of purchase from the retail partner is strictly required to secure warranty parts and service.

4. Limitations and Exclusions

To maintain the high performance of your Aront Stretch Robot, the unit must be operated strictly according to the provided instruction manual.

Geographic & Usage Restrictions:

  • Warranties are valid exclusively within the 48 contiguous United States.
  • This warranty applies solely to the core Aront Stretch Robot unit and explicitly excludes any external accessories or aesthetic enhancements.
  • Warranties apply strictly to private, residential interior use. Coverage is completely voided if the unit is utilized for rental, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential applications.
  • Aront does not issue RMAs or refunds for buyer's remorse.

Natural Material Characteristics (Not Deemed Defects):

  • The natural softening of internal foams, filling composites, pillows, and memory foam elements that occurs over time with regular use.
  • The natural fading, gradual wear, or pilling of premium fabrics.
  • Natural surface markings, grain variations, and subtle dye deviations inherent to genuine leather.

Explicit Operational Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover any damage, malfunction, or loss resulting from:

  • Improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or self-attempted repairs not directed by Aront.
  • Improper electrical/power supply connections, power surges, or total loss of power.
  • Dropped products or physical impact.
  • Neglecting to provide the manufacturer's recommended routine maintenance.
  • Damage sustained during third-party transportation, shipping, or handling.
  • Theft, abuse, misuse, neglect, vandalism, or environmental conditions (including but not limited to fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorms, hail, earthquakes, or direct exposure to weather).
  • Loss of product use during the period the unit is awaiting parts or field service.

5. Liability and Sole Remedy

Under no circumstances shall Aront, its parent business entities, or its authorized representatives be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, business interruption, bodily injury, medical costs, or personal property damage, even if Aront has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Warranties are completely non-transferable and stand in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Aront's sole liability—and the purchaser's exclusive remedy—is limited strictly to the repair or, at Aront's sole discretion, the replacement of the defective component. If exact replacement materials or parts are unavailable, Aront reserves the right to provide high-tier substitutions of equal quality in lieu of repair or original part replacement.
